Firstly, an Initial Production Inspection (IPC) will ensure your specifications are followed. It is to avoid any quality-related surprises during or after production. Production Monitoring (PM) puts an inspector onsite during the production cycle. To ensure materials, quality, schedules are at the level we initially agreed upon. When 80% of the order is complete, a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) will be done by industry standard process. We comprehensively review and test your product, ensuring it meets agreed upon specifications. Container Loading Check (CLC) is the final step in the manufacturing process. Ensure the final details of your product are correct and actual ordered quantity are securely loaded onto your container.
